Suntory Global Spirits owns and produces Old Grand-Dad Bourbon Whiskey, which is distilled at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. For those of you interested in provenance, Suntory Holdings acquired Beam Inc. in 2014. I’ve been using Old Grand-Dad Bonded for my Old Fashioned since 2017. I love the 63% corn, 27% rye, and 10% malted barley mash bill because I think it stands up well to dilution.
